| Message | Herr Sprecher Reichsprasident Hermann has forthrightly expressed his opinion and we hope other parties will do the same. We are glad we agree segregation is the point. On sovereignty, Reichsprasident Hermann is clearly in error. The sanctions in question do not call for fomenting rebellion overtly or covertly nor do they call for military conquest of the Luthori regime. What they are is a forceful statement of repudiation of the abuse of sovereignty by that Luthori regime calling for having nothing further to do with it. Foreign Minister Steigerwald |
