Votes: This bill presents the formation of a cabinet. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. Traditionally, parties in the proposal vote yes, others (the opposition) vote no. This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in and all parties in the proposal have voted yes, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

| Government program: -Members of parliament and/or government are entitled to a comparatively large salary. -All government employees have to promise political independence. -Mayors are elected by their municipal councils. -Paramilitaries are allowed but are heavily regulated by the government. -Prisoners of war must be treated well, according to internationally-accepted standards. -Abortions are only allowed in medical emergencies. -Pornography depicting consenting adults is legal for adults. -Prostitution is legal and a recognized profession. -All workers, except public employees, have the right to strike. -Every person has the right to appeal against a judgment and to have it reviewed by a higher court. -Police officers carry standard firearms. -The police cannot search a person or their property without their consent unless the police have obtained a warrant from a court or in cases of imminent danger. -Suspects can only be tortured under grave emergencies where the information is vital. -The police may arrest crime suspects. -The police patrol public property at all times. -Teachers are forbidden from striking children and may only use non-contact discipline (detention, expulsion, etc). -International media content is free from regulation -Sexually explicit material is allowed, but violent or hardcore pornography is banned. -The police may disperse a group if they believe it poses a potential risk to public safety. -Interracial sex is legal. -Sexual relations of all types are legal for consenting adults.
