The Liberal-Solidarity coalition won 4 duchies while the Luthorian Socialist Party managed to win the duchy of Shipleyiring with more than 50% of the votes. This victory for the progressives is a clear signal that something is changing in Luthori.
However, two races were very close.
In Erneshire, only 621 votes made the difference between the progressives and the LSP.
In Orange, less than one percentage point made the difference.

The Liberal party is the great winner of the election, the party can easily be represented in all duchies. its lowest result was 9.61% of the votes in Erneshire.
Solidarity lost lots of votes to the Liberal Party, but now have three elected governors thanks to their coalition.
The Monarchist Tories are collapsing, especially in their strongholds and are not really a challenge to the LSP or the progressives.
The White Rose made a strong showing in Northriding with 20% of the votes, outperforming the Luthorian Socialist Party.
The B- SCU collapsed in its Erneshire stronghold and went below the electoral threshold in Orange. However, it entered the Middenriding duchy Diet at the same time.
The NRP polled below the treshold in all duchies.

Random fact: Cabinet ministers who disagree seriously with the head of government would usually be expected to resign. Parties within the cabinet may attempt to manoeuvre to replace the head of government though, for example by proposing a new cabinet bill or voting for an early election.
