| Message | EDIT: Ignore the last post. We have a 4,000,000,000 SEN surplus, with that we can cut the corp tax TWICE to 0. A cut to 5% - would cost us 800,000,000, or 20% of our surplus. It's the first corporation tax cut in 20 years, so I guess the next one won't come next year... therefor, at closer view, I say we should have a serious cut |

| Message | We need a surplus to finance the Empire's interests. Thou we are sceptical to have any cut we would be able to support this proposal but we have to remember we are not a "tax free" nation for the industry which has more then a lot of benefits here. A surplus in the back hand allows us to shuffle and to build up a stock for bad times -------- ooc-- I have a little problem, as normally a surplus would be added together yearly and this would be the financal stock a nation has. Well, also the debt isn't count together. In other words, it would be great if this will be possible. Having exact numbers would allow us then to run speecial programs like to bust companies for a period of time finaced by the national reserves etc. |
