We shall be reforming the justice system to give all prisoners the right to vote, as the right to vote does not hinder the social good that is rehabilitation of a prisoner, and regionalizing the court system, so local courts could decide on local laws and the federal courts can only intervene if it is a constitutional issue. Message | Mr. Speaker, Could the opposition explain how guaranteeing the right to vote to criminals is a "breach of public trust and safety" when even the guilty have rights, for example you cannot torture a criminal, even if he committed murder or rape,We are merely adding another right, right which is essential to the function of democracy, and a right that won't hinder a criminal's abiliity to be rehabilitated or the safety of the public.
