This Bill is made to get more land to work on. The following actions will be held iff accepted: A fleet will create a vassal settlement with its own small goverment in unclaimed lands. The Colony will be named Ratkonit. The Party named "The Socials" will administrate it but with rules and regulations from the ruling Party. |
