The police may only disperse a crowd if a state of emergency has been declared.

That Act is going to pass, so we will be voting no on this Bill with that being the new law.

MessageIf you have not done so already, I set up email alerts, so I get an update when you introduce a bill or anything like that. Makes it easier to know what is going on. I really hope that some more people will join this country to make it more interesting. It gets really fun when there are multiple parties and you have to create coalitions.
