| We the people and the representatives of Egelion here declare the wish to reinstate the ancient glory of Egelion, and hereby promote the following articles: I. Reinstatement of the honors and privileges of Nobility, both by blood and acquired by merit. a. The ancient titles of hereditary nobility are reinstated. These titles, as protected by the Association of Egelian Nobles, confer minor rights in ceremonial. They are inherited by absolute primogeniture. The eldest child shall receive the title upon succession. They are Duke/Duchess (Duque/Duquesa), Marquess/Marchioness (Marqués/Marquesa), Count/Countess (Conde/Condesa). These titles can be created by Royal Assent with approval of the legislature. All children of the holder of such title receive the title of "Lord/Lady (Señor/Señora)". II. Institution of the titles by Grace (Royal titles). These titles are conferred by the Monarch and are not inheritable. b. These titles are: Royal Duke/Duchess (Duque/Duquesa Real), Royal Count/Countess (Conde/Condesa Real), Royal Viscount/Viscountess (Vizconde/Vizcondesa Real), Royal Baron/Baroness (Barón/Baronesa Real). They rank is followed by the name of a location, historical event, achievement, or other significant word that becomes the title. c. The titles are not inheritable, but all spouses and children of a holder have the right to the title of Lord/Lady (Don/Doña) d. These titles are automatically conferred to certain figures: - All embers of the Cabinet of Egelion are Royal Duke/Duchess (Duque/Duquesa Real), with the title being the traditional title of their ministry. - All members of the elected legislature of Egelion are of Royal Count/Countess rank, with their title being their last name and constituency in which they are elected. - All members of the Egelonian judiciary are of Royal Viscount/Viscountess rank in the higher courts and Royal Baron/Baroness (Barón/Baronesa Real) in the lower courts, - All city mayors, university chancellors, ambassadors, national museum directors, and military leaders are entitles to a title based on rank and seniority. - Such titles can be conferred to scientists, academics, inventors, business people, heroes, local leaders, activists, artists etc... can be conferred a title from the Monarch. III. Liberalizations of the Egelian economy and democracy. IV.
