Once again we feel this is fairly self-explanatory, but offer it up to discussion. It allows our citizens maximum civil liberty in the area whilst assuming some level of responsibility for the basic protection (of the consumer) that this requires. |

Current: Gambling is legal across the nation, no regulation whatsoever.
