Message | In the previous Congress iteration, we attempted to propose a bill that would mandate that "all adults upon completion of schooling must serve either a term in the military or a lesser paid term of civilian national service, at their option." We believe that this is a better long-term action to enhance our national service. We find it unfortunate that the President is being reactionary to the Karufistan issue. We appeal to the President to not do so as it is an ineffective way of governing. |

Message | We have always believed in wartime only conscription as a special measure. We previously proposed this some years ago but the parties at the time rejected it. This is not a reaction. President Cameron |

Random fact: Players have a responsibility to differentiate between OOC (out-of-character) and IC (in-character) behaviour, and to make clear when they are communicating in OOC or IC terms. Since Particracy is a role-playing game, IC excesses are generally fine, but OOC attacks are not. However, players must not presume this convention permits them to harass a player with IC remarks that have a clear OOC context. |
