| Article 1. a. The Ministry of the Interior shall create and maintain a System of Moral Benefit. b. Citizens of Hulstria and Gao-Soto shall receive more Credits of Moral Benefit in accordance with the System of Moral Benefit for virtuous and moral actions such as, but not limited to: i. Aiding police investigations ii. Participating in community service on their own volition iii. Producing products for the benefit of all Hulstrians and Gao-Sotoans. c. Citizens of Hulstria and Gao-Soto shall lose less Credits of Moral Benefit for non-virtuous and countermoral actions. d. Citizens of Hulstria and Gao-Soto with more Credits of Moral Benefit shall be awarded various priorities specified in government subregulations. |
