Message | We have done some calculations of the budget, the current surplus is around 600m RUT. We feel that we can afford to make a slight reduction in taxes to support those with lowest incomes. We feel that the extra money people have will stimulate growth in the economy and ensure that our budget remains in surplus. Adam Smith Finance Minister RCP |

Message | I agree that it is the same proposal but the economy has grown since the Federalists proposed this, when they proposed it we would have had a budget deficit but with current figures we would still be in slight surplus. We couldn’t afford it then but we can now. Furthermore, income tax and spending proposals should really only be made by the Minister of Finance. Adam Smith Minister of Finance RCP |

Message | Although we do think that the Minister is getting their ideas from the Federalists, we prefer to stick to the issues. We will be voting in favour of this. |

Message | Ok. So how about we start growing our economy by investing alot into industry and after we get alot of surplus we start strongly investing into Social Policies. |
