Description[?]:
Article 1 - This act authorizes the Dolgavan Government to depatriotate fascists and empowers the police, security, intelligence and military agencies throughout Dolgava to stop all political parties and organisations that identify with fascism. Article 2 - Political parties and organisations aligning with racism, sexism, racial or ethnic supremacy and fascism and those that the country's legislation deems to be fascist will be disbanded by the Department of the Interior and the Department of Defense. Article 3 - Fascist aligned movements, organisations and political parties that attempt to evade a ban will be handled by the police, security, intelligence and military agencies and services of the state. Article 4 - Police have the right to arrest individuals suspected of fascism and fascist activities, be it violence or terrorism, hate speech or vandalism. OOC: Laws like this have existed elsewhere and this law is in the rules of the game, it is allowed and can be repealed with a simple majority. Of course following this law is voluntary. |
