MessageOOC: The idea of a reset of votes (I assume to 'abstain') for the Security Council has been brought up on the Particracy Discord, so that votes are actually from countries from active countries, rather than leftover votes from inactive nations. As a result, I am going to hold this bill in debate a little longer until I see where that is going. Comments on nominations are still encouraged.
