Message | Reverse racism is racism nonetheless. We have to create equality, not try to balance out certain issues by just creating more. |

Message | This is not "racism". This is not the government saying...Hey, women and minorities are genetically better than the male majority population! We should hire them, and screw the rest! This is attempting to equalize the number of people hired by the businesses of the nation, so that the businesses of the nation will not use secret racism in their hiring policies to discriminate against women and minorities. |

Message | Everyone seems to have a different idea as to what racism is. What I meant was that, by forcing people to hire certain numbers of specific races/minorities/genders, it forces the idea of racism/sexism in the work place instead of hiring the better worker. Effieciency is key in a money based country. Abolish money, and you have an equal work place. So instead of trying to even the tables or what not, lets just get rid of money. |

Message | It does not force companies to avoid hiring the better worker, it forces them to stop overlooking the better worker, who are often the women and minorities who are not hired because of racist/sexist reasons. |

Message | That is total trash. Affirmative action does not get companies to stop overlooking the better worker, which is a rather odd comment to make, and seems to suggest that women and minorities are better workers at everything? Affirmative active is discrimination, and it is worse than 'traditional' discrimination, because the government backs it and uses taxpayers money to fund discrimination, which can never be right |

Random fact: It is possible for a player to transfer ownership of a character or a royal house to another player. This should be done in a public way, such as on the Character Transfers thread, so that if a dispute arises in the future, Moderation can be pointed towards evidence of the transfer. |
Random quote: Although I understand and respect the intentions behind the gesture, this is not something that is universally understood or appreciated, and it tends to give out a negative impression of our party. ~ Anton Weinreich, General Secretary of the Dorvish Communist Party, pleading with his members to stop burning the national flag |
