| Message | Adressing the worries of the PCI and Insieme, the Radiciale express the following: During the previous governments of the Union of Quanzar and Alaria leaded by members of the Popular Front of Alaria, our party of origin, there was always a non-binding but always followed rule: to elect more women than men to the federal government to ensure to breach the gender gap, and that was also done in the legislative elections. For this purpose, this was the composition of the governments leaded by a member of the Popular Front of Alaria: Governments headed by Sofia Barberi (5038-5049): I: 9 women, 4 men II: 9 women, 4 men Governments headed by Alano Giaccone (5053-5061): I: 8 women, 5 men Governments headed by Alessandra Borgese (5061-5073): I: 9 women, 5 men Adding to this, the Alarian Republic was ruled since 5038 by a female President, including 2 members of the PFdA (Mia Di Giacomo, 5038-5049 and 5053-5057; and Elettra Falanga, 5061-5069). The FPdA also placed a female President in Quanzar when it had the chance, Laila al-Malek, who ruled from 5065 to 5069. Therefore, from 5065 to 5069 the top offices of the Union where all headed by female politicians. However, the current government is made up of 5 women and 8 men, and all the men come from the PCI while all the women come from Insieme. It's not a matter of banning, but a matter of prioritizing, granting equal access and visibility, and breaking the glass roof. That is why we believe our proposal, mixing some suggestions by Insieme and the PCI, makes actually the biggest impact in this issue. |

However, even if the Chairman of the National Assembly will be a man or a woman, we suggest that this office should be held by members of the opposition, as respect to our colleagues: so the PCI will choose a person coming from Radiciale or Fiamma Blu. |

| Message | The current majority endorse the proposal made by the PCI to appoint an exponent of the opposition as President of the Democratic Council of the Union. We propose the Democratic Council of the Union appoint two exponents from the opposition (the leading party of the opposition in case of multiple parties or one from the largest and one from the second opposition party), a male and a female, that each six months alternate the role of President and Vice-President of the Council. |
