The Saridani Constituent Convention of 5088, seeks the drafting of a more inclusive constitution for our peoples and their status in Saridan. As we reached our consensus regarding the name change, our country will be renamed as: Plurinasionale Staat van Seridjan (Saridan)

MessageFellow constituents,

We're greatful to be a part of today's history, as we changing our Constitution.

But, let's get straight to the point:
1. 255 is quite a number. Strange how it's not 250, or 260, but exactly 255.
2. If we're really making sure "every voice is heard" in Saridan, then creating National Curriculum for EVERY school in our country, is quite the opposite. We have different schools, different ethnicities and minorities, so it's also quite discriminating.
3. Well, of course, we should bring back position of State President. But, that's just a small detail.

That's what we have to say right now.

Melisse Kuiper, Progressiewe Party and Constitutional Convention caucus leader.

MessageFellow Constituents,

We'd like to thank Ms. Kuiper input on the matter. We will remove the National Curriculum, and we'll make sure that we raise the number of seats. We believe that the number of seats should be raised to a number between 355 or 455, but we'll need consensus regarding the matter.

We think that as we are making sure every voice is heard, Saridan should become a Confederation, as it brings autonomy to its people, we propose that the Head of State should be named President of the Saridan Confederation.

We'd like to thank Ms. Kuiper once again for her input.

MessageFellow Constituents,

I thank honourable colleagues for their gratuide. On seats number matter, we propose 375, as we believe that if we’re going in more autonomous way for provinces, we don’t need a big amount of representation on federal level. 375 should be clearly enough to represent our citizens.

Confederation is quite controversial topic, as we think it may bring separatism and much more uncontrollable conflicts between federal and provincial governments into Saridan. However, we’re open to that option, if that’s what people of Saridan really want.

MessageFellow constituents,

We'd like to thank Ms. Kuiper for her suggestion. We at the SDU caucus have come to an agreement, we propose that Saridan should become a Plurinational State to represent every single one of our peoples. Therefore we propose to change the name of the country to Plurinasionale Staat van Seridjan.

We'd also like to propose the name of the legislature, we propose a bicameral Plurinational Congress (Plurinasionale Kongres), composed by two houses, the lower house shall be the House of Peoples (Huis van Volke) and the upper house shall be the Plurinational Senate (Plurinasionale Senaat).

We'd thank Ms. Kuiper once again for her imput.

MessageFellow constituents,

We thank the support of Progressiewe regarding the Plurinational State, representing each one of our peoples will be possible in this new state.

We propose in this constitutional convention, to rename the post of Minister-President to Prime Minister (Eerste Minister van die Plurinasionale Staat van Seridjan). We would also like to amend social policy to create a fairer society, but we'll need consensus from our fellow Progressiewe constituents.

MessageFellow constituents,

We agree and support with SDU on reform, but we think that position of Minister-President should stay the same, without renamings. We think that namings are not that important, and Minister-President is still a good naming.

On social policies, we will support any proposals from SDU, as we are sure, that we both believe and praise the same ideas.
