Message | This bill represents the full-blown abolition of workplace democracy. We stand against the reintroduction of managerial dictatorship. If managers and CEOs are not democratically elected, they are by definition authoritarian tyrants, and it is the duty of all citizens to fight against such tyranny. Sahheeda el-Azzam Insieme |

Message | Mr/Mme Speaker, let me say this to the colleagues of Insieme: "shut up with these ridiculous statements"! Me, like many other honest entrepreneurs, I have a company, MY company, where I invested MY money, producing wealth for our country and creating many jobs! I have all the right to determine the management of MY company and to appoint whoever I want to manage MY company! If workers want to manage something, they can go and fund their company and do whatever they want! We are sick of all this legalized thievery and indeed we praise our colleagues of HD for their reasonableness and for having help us to re-establish a liberal democracy and to have contributed to wipe out all this communist madness! Democracy you said... what kind of democracy is if you dictate to peoples who put all their efforts into a business how to manage it and what to do with? It is MY business, not the business of the State, nor the business of my employers. They have a contract as employers of MY company, if they don't like it, they can go to find other job. The veritable tyranny is to give to someone who didn't risked nothing into a business the control of that business! When someone will put their money into my company, if they want to become my associate or a shareholder of shares of my company, then they will have a voice! It is the right deriving from the risk to invest personal resources into an activity, an activity that shall be profitable and cannot risk to be administrated just to please workers risking to fail. When companies fail for a reckless management aimed just to put money in the hands of workers, who I want remember are already entitled of a salary, where workers will find a new job? You can say that this would be not the case, but we already risked few years ago to find ourself without companies, without investments, without business for the mandness of these communists! Do us a favor, indeed, let people with some brain manage this country while you can go to play in your fairyland! - Piergiacomo Bigazzi, FB **thunderous applause accompanied by laughter fills the hall** |

Message | Comrade Speaker, The company is not your company, Mr. Bigazzi, it belongs to those who actually work there, not those who exploit their employees. The only legalized theft is the one you and others of your class do by expropriating the labor of your workers to fuel your profits. You and others of your class are lazy parasites living off the work of others, and one day your time will come. Sahheeda el-Azzam Insieme |

Message | Mr/Mme President, first of all I demand that Hon. el-Azzam is sanctioned for what is a veritable menace against my person and against many other honest citizens, "guilty" just to have invested their resources in economic activities from which they deserve the proportional revenue. Than, Mme el-Azzam, leaving apart your fantasious ideology, the reality is one and only one: if I fund a company, if the company is funded with MY resources, it is mine and only mine. I don't oblige my employees to work there. They are not slave, they are employees hired with regular contract to carry out specific tasks in my company for which they are entitled of a salary. They give me something in exchange of something I give them. And soon, apparently, my company will contribute to the welfare dedicated to the employees given the reforms proposed by the colleagues of HD. And how you dare to call me a parassite? I had an idea, I put my resources in it and I asked credits for it! I put my efforts, my ideas, my money and money that I had to give back to my creditors, to create my company, a company which offered a lot of work opportunity to many people, and I'm a parassite? You have to wash your mouth before to talk about how many efforts I put to create my activity, despite all the obstacles and the limitation that you and your "comrade legalized thieves" imposed in this country! And like my there are thousands and thousands of many other people that did the same. This is just envy resentment of losers of society, veritable lazy people, the ones that want the cake gratis without do nothing, and indeed you doesn't think to the well being of citizens, neither just of the one of the workers! What a pity! You are simply disconnected from reality! Let's see what already you did decades ago: workers risked to remain without their job and their revenue for your ideological witch hunt that pushed a lot of people, business and investments to fly the country (http://forum.particracy.net/viewtopic.php?f=17&t=4118&start=1810#p177207), and it was just thanks to us if our economy didn't definitively fell in a miserable state. You dare to shriek for years about "cooperation"... but where is the cooperation in this your last statement Hon. el-Azzam? How do you hope to promote cooperation when your goal is to get rid of me and many other istalian citizens like me? You and your party are a jumble of hypocrisy and lie! Only that! - Piergiacomo Bigazzi, FB **further thunderous applause accompanied the statement** |

Random fact: In cases where a party has no seat, the default presumption should be that the party is able to contribute to debates in the legislature due to one of its members winning a seat at a by-election. However, players may collectively improvise arrangements of their own to provide a satisfying explanation for how parties with no seats in the legislature can speak and vote there. |
