Description[?]:

This bill is about our territories, the Shepherd Islands & Guardia Territory. This act will establish the Shepherd Islands & Guardia as Overseas Territories of the Kingdom Aloria. It will supersede the previous Colonies of Aloria Act.

The Act establishes,
1) The Shepherd Islands & Guardia are under administrative & legal control of the Kingdom of Aloria.
2) Shepherd Islands & Guardia will be known as Overseas Territories of Aloria.
3) The Monarch of Aloria shall be the Head of State of both the Shepherd Islands & Guardia.

Article 1
The two Overseas Territories shall be separate from the States of the Aloria, but instead shall be separate administrative entities within Aloria.

Article 2
The Overseas Territories shall be governed by a Governor selected by the Parliament of Aloria after every election held within the territories. The Governor shall hold executive power in their territory.

Article 3
Each Overseas Territory shall elect their own legislature at the same time as the national elections. This legislature shall hold legislative power in their territory.

Article 4.
Aloria shall refrain from interfering in internal affairs and legislation of the Overseas Territories unless a clear and direct request from the territory. The National Government shall retain the right to build military bases in the territories.

Article 5.
The National Government will provide some of the funding needed by the territories but the territories shall be allowed to tax their citizens to cover the rest of the costs.
