Message | The Employees should have a say on the board as the decisions of the board effects the employees. Also allowing the workers and businessmen to have better cooperation will help end the class struggle as cooperating can lead to compromise and agreement on important issues from both classes. |

Message | Businesses have social obligations and national interests that transcend the naked selfishness and atomistic individuality of capitalist plutocratic domination. By expanding representation, passing necessary social reforms, and facilitating boutiful oppurtunities we are doing ourselves a favour in the long run as to do otherwise is to provide communists with ammunition from which to murder and bury the Republic. |

Message | If an employee signs a legally binding contract, unless it requires a law to be broken, the government should only have say if it is brought before a court of law. If someone wants to start his own business and have employees on the board, it is HIS choice. Not to mention the fact that disputes between employees and employers on the board will further any class division. Also, those who run the business also bear the financial risks of the business failing. If the employees make choices that impact the company negatively, it directly hurts the business owners. The owners bought the equipment, the supplies, pay the wages, pensions, and risked money to start the enterprise. |

Message | Letting employees jointly run a company is like hiring painters for your house, but they get to use your money and time, and also pick the color, and you don’t have a say. |

Random fact: Cabinet ministers who disagree seriously with the head of government would usually be expected to resign. Parties within the cabinet may attempt to manoeuvre to replace the head of government though, for example by proposing a new cabinet bill or voting for an early election. |
