Description[?]:
In the interest of greater growth, the PCA puts forward this economic reform bill. It will not only move us forward from the Communist past, but will likewise permit our nation greater room to grow. Some of these proposed changes deal with issues related to the economy, while others permit room for particular industries to grow. We open this to the floor of the National Assembly for discussion. - Arnaud Lebas, Minister of Trade and Industry |
