Description[?]:
Eminent Domain is a power the government needs to have in order to preserve and protect the well-being of its citizens. We feel this should be addressed as a pre-cursor to nationalisation programs of Dorvan industry, and that the government must be allowed to act on behalf of the good of the people. |

Message | If the government got more benefit from a property than a citizen did, it makes sense that the government would be willing to pay more for it than the citizen would be willing to sell for. Therefore, whenever a transfer of property helps society, it always happens voluntarily and eminent domain always decreases total societal welfare. |

Message | Applying your capitalist economic theories to our socialist actions doesnt work, as communism calls for a complete overhaul of the current capitalist system. When you interpret it with capitalist logic this bill may not work, but we see it as part of our disestablishment of private property and establishment of common ownership. |

Random fact: "Treaty-locking", or ratifiying treaties that completely or nearly completely forbid any proposals to change laws, is not allowed. Amongst other possible sanctions, Moderation reserves the discretion to delete treaties and/or subject parties to a seat reset if this is necessary in order to reverse a treaty-lock situation. |
