| 1. Passing laws that are not provided by the game requires a majority either in the Diet or the Ducal Diets. 2. Taking decisions or passing laws not provided by the game that have an impact on other players or the game mechanics has to be passed with a 2/3 majority 3. The ducal elections results are based on the latest parliamentary elections. So early elections cannot take place because there is no fair way of knowing the results |
