Description[?]:
Mr. Speaker, Recent events showed us, that military is a discriminatory, oppressive and authoritirian structure. It helps and stands alongside government in their corruption affairs. While there's no big need in this monstrosity, government maintains it, and feeds with more funding, that could go to social programs, or even funds, to help minorities, both sexual and ethnical. That's why we propose these things. We understand, it will not find much support in governing party, but you'll never know until you try. Thanks. Elci Yildizoğlu, Leader of BS. |

Message | Mr Speaker, This proposal aims to weaken the pride of our nation, Jakanian Army, which defends our people and constitution day and night. What they get in return from the United Left, unfortunately, is this defamation. You will need the army too, Mr Yildizoglu, when the enemy is at the gates. We condemn this proposal and our parliamentary group will vote against it. Mr Ayhan Özışık Deputy for Bukayar, Deputy Chair and Parliamentary Group Leader of the Crimson Crescent Party |
