| The Front's Board of Directors and Paramilitary organisation, are most appreciative of Pirland's warm welcome with respect to the current pace of the national revolution, in assuming control over Pirland we are resolved to enact the following measures: 1. The surrender of all federal troops based in Pirland, their evacuation outside the state, and the transfer of all resources plus facilities 2. The Registration of all civilians, their assets and property 3. The Repeal of Legislation decriminalizing Abortion, Same Sex Marriage, and Interracial relations. Offending elements will be arrested, tried, and detained accordingly. Clinics will be closed no later than four months after the enactment of this decree. 4. Political Opponents of the Front will have two months to close their offices and evacuate. Offending elements will be arrested, tried, and detained. 5. Formation of Pirland Special Security Organisation with assets and personnel from previous service retained. 6. Creation of a Blacklist for individuals suspected of deviating from prevail norms and confinement to specifically designated zones. Those listed may not seek employment and are required to carry a small black booklet. LF would send copies of the decree via the Post while also plastering them on walls and telephone polls. |
