Bill: Adultery Non-Endorsement Bill
Details
Submitted by[?]: Likatonian Freedom Party
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This bill is a resolution. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: June 5116
Description[?]:
The state should cement it’s position on adultery, to be clear and concise. Outright allowing adultery isn’t a good idea, because it creates strife and causes issues, and divorces are bad for children. Instead, the policy on adultery should follow these lines: it is illegal, but not prosecuted. For all intents and purposes, it should be stated as illegal. This is to discourage such actions, without impeding on the rights of the citizenry. |

Message | The LSP feels this Congress has no place inserting itself into the bedrooms of Likatonians. For we are dedicated to attaining the extensive freedoms and liberties, which the Freedom Party seeks to infringe upon. |

Message | You obviously don't have a concept of public well-being. If the government doesn't discourage such actions, the next generation could grow up with their parents in continual infidelity to each other, decreasing child welfare, and the mental health of all. It also will increase suicide rates to ignore such issues. |
