This Bill will cut spending on sectors that don't need our upmost priority and instead fund our vulnerable welfare system.

- Foreign Affairs, 0.7 billion
- Infrastructure and transport, 3 billion
- Science and technology, 0.24 billion
- Environment and tourism, 0.025 billion

New funding:
- Justice, 4 billion
- Health and Social Services, 10 billion
- Education and culture, 8 billion
