| OK we've hear enough. We feel that it's time that we have a capital city. And we nominate the lovely city Quinterra, which in Bandorra. I hope you will all support this--even those fringe parties that used to rule the country (hehehe) |

| Message | I would favor the capital in Bandorra based on purely political ideology. However Dugathan and Hulbark did our party best in election last time. We'd have to see how we do next time before we decide. We would favor anything as an interim capital only, until we can establish a permenate special capital district as our seat of government. OOC: I hope that this becomes an option someday. And yeah, Quinterra's kinda a cool name though. Of course I'm using the Spanish pronounciation in my head. "Kwin-ter-ra" doesn't sound nearly as nice to my mind as does "Kiin-te[d]-a." But I digress. |

Actually, kinda funny, but "terra" in Spanish means land, and "Quin" is used in some words (like "quinientos") for five, so it could mean, fittingly, five "Five lands." By the way, where and what is Quinterra? If it's on the border, (or even if' it's not, like with Canberra in Australia), maybe we could make it a special capital district, if that ever becomes possible. |
