MessageI never thought a Socialist stance as to enhance the riches of those already rich. You're handing out welfare money to ALL citizens, even rich ones, this doesn't make sense at all...

MessageSorry, all families, my mistake. Still, rich families don't need support.

MessageAssigning an arbitrary number to define poverty is just as ineffective as letting the less fortunate starve and die. Believe you me, people who do not need welfare are not going to apply for it; you will become acutely aware of this when you stand in the middle of a grocery line and earn nothing but dirty looks from the cashier when you pull out your food vouchers. The sheer embarrassment associated with needing help to live is enough to keep those who do not need that help away and ensure that all who need welfare get it.
