The bill will... 1) Bar the manufacture of any chemical or biological weapons in Malivia or by Malivian industries. 2) Remove the threat or use of chemical and biological weapons in warfare by the Malivia military for any reason. 3) Create a nationally owned defence industry able to create any and all of our weaponry and military supplies. Research and development will remain privately owned as well as small arms for civilian use, or any weapon permitted for export. 4) Establish a true seperation of military and civilian police force to ensure that there will be no need for our citizens to fear our military. 5) Bar conscription from being used as a means to increase our military forces at any time. |
