Bill: Canton Democracy Act III
Details
Submitted by[?]: Lutte Féministe de Libération
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: December 2234
Description[?]:
There are many issues the central government has no right in deciding for local governments, and is quite inefficient when it tries to interfere in these, either by legislating mandates or banning all local intervention. Both strategies can be extremely harmful for local governments and result in red tape at a national level. There is a time and a place for national intervention. The following proposal, however, would remove government intervention in a sphere it is wholely unsuited to intervene in. |
Proposals
Article 1
Proposal[?] to change Health and safety legislation for industry.
Old value:: There are no set health and safety regulations for industry.
Current: The government introduces and actively regulates health and safety legislation in all areas of industry.
