| (This bill was proposed by the MP for Wrightstown New Sertei Terry Atwin) Hutori has a responsability toward the international community. It our duty to try our best to maintain peace in the best of our capacity worldwide. When we sell weapon to countries who might use them for wrong. When we sell weapon to countries who do not persue peace. We are failing at our goal and to our duty. This is why I propose that from now on, we only sell weapon to close allies. In other words, coutries that we know share our goal for peace. Provision: Article 1.1) Upon the passage of this bill, a new parliamentary commission call the ''Weapon Trading Regulating Commission'' shall be created Article 1.2) This commission shall be composed of one representative from each parliamentary group represented in the parliement Article 2) The commission shall have the responsibility to dress a list of all countries deemed to be allies of Hutori, which will be authorized to buy arms in Hutori Article 3) The Commission shall meet minimum once a year to update the list Article 4) Adding or removing any country from the list shall require a unanimous agreement from the members of the commission |
