Message | The PGC will oppose this bill with all our energy. Children should be free to make thier own decisions about whether, and what, to believe. They learn about numerous religions in RE lessons in our current schools and can therefore make a reasonably informed decision. We do not want them forced into any specific set of beliefs by their teachers. |

Message | We are not talking about forceing religion in schools, we are talking about leting religious parents allow there kids to go to a religious school. Were not saying there will be only religious schools. |

Message | I know this doesnt mean ONLY having religious school. But as things stand even children of the most extremist religious nut get a chance to learn about other religions in school, and not get the whole thing rammed down their throats every 15 seconds. What's more Dranland is a pretty secular country, by putting the most religious into seperate schools we are creating divides in our society. Religious schools will lead to more racial and religious violence. |
