We finally came to an agreement! We dropped the segregation request in public schools. GOVERNMENT PROGRAM: 1. Citizenship is granted to all nationals. 2. Multiple citizenship is not allowed, and considered a criminal offense. 3. Titles of nobility may be granted by the government and any other political body designated by it. (head of state or gov) 4. The head of government is responsible for the appointment of military officers. 5. The mentally ill can be compulsorily detained for any reason. 6. Any chemicals used in agrigulture or processing must be listed. There is no requirement to disclose GM ingredients. 7. Sales tax on luxury goods decrease from 11 to 8% 8. Payroll contributions are not mandatory but the government grants tax incentives to providers. 9. All strikes are illegal. 10. International media content is heavily censored for political purposes. 11. The use of animals in research is subject to basic regulations. 12. Everyone may keep endangered animals, but the trade in, and the ownership of, endangered animals is strictly regulated by the government to prevent their extinction in the wild. 13. The government subsidises the operations of low-income farming families. 14. The foreign affairs ministry appoints diplomatic officers (ambassadors, consul-generals, etc.) 15. The victim of eminent domain sets compensation, government can appeal to the courts if they deem the cost too high. 16. The government does not take any position with regards to renewable energy. 17. The national government and local governments work together to distribute all social welfare benefits. 18. Nobility confers major rights, and can be hereditary 19. The government builds and maintains a network of shelters across the nation. 20. The government encourages vaccinations for children, but does not enforce them. 21. Homosexual relations are illegal, but are not prosecuted. |
