MessageMr Speaker,
We believe this new legislation will improve the ability of trade unions to stand for those whose interests and opinions they are supposed to advocate.
Because abstention shouldn't be considered a refusal, we hope this bill will pass.

N. de Malliergues, representative of Le Nouveau Parti Démocrate.

MessageMr.Speaker,

We do have major concerns regarding this bill at the UPD to better describe majority rules in unions and representativity

How can a ballot not gaining enough turnout be legit to represent a majority of employees or members and hence holding too much powers to unions encompassing few values with the rest of a company or corporation.

MessageThe Alliance consider this to be a reasonable and productive change that allows for local disputes to be dealt with without barriers from national-level Trades Union requirements.

Random fact: Real-life organisations should not be referenced in Particracy, unless they are simple and generic (eg. "National Organisation for Women" is allowed).

Random quote: "No one today can afford to be innocent, or indulge himself in ignorance of contemporary governments, politics and social orders. The national polities of the modern world maintain their existence by deliberately fostered craving and fear: monstrous protection rackets. The 'free world' has become economically dependent on a fantastic system of stimulation of greed which cannot be fulfilled, sexual desire which cannot be satiated and hatred which has no outlet except against oneself, the persons one is supposed to love, or the revolutionary aspirations of pitiful, poverty-stricken marginal societies like Cuba or Vietnam. The conditions of the Cold War have turned all modern societies - communist included - into vicious distorters of man's true potential." - Gary Snyder
