Description[?]:

Mr.Speaker,
The government propose following amendments to the law.We are now banning torture which the fascists applied not only on criminals of minor crimes but the political detainees too.
The weapons police officers can carry should correspond to their specific units they're trained at (if any) like specific anti riot force training, counter terrorism units training etc. However no military grade weapons will be allowed to be carried by police officers.
The police can arrest suspects of crime as provided in the law already passed by the diet only if police has arrest warrants or reasonable grounds.

Attorney General,
Isabelle McNaughton

Random fact: "OOC", "IC" and "IG" are commonly-used acronyms in Particracy. "OOC" refers to comments, discussions and actions which are out-of-character, meaning they are done player-to-player rather than party-to-party. "IC" refers to in-character interactions (ie. party-to-party). Similarly, "IG" means in-game, although this term may also simply refer to what happens in the actual game interface, as opposed to on the forum or elsewhere. "RP" just means "role-play".
