Message | Mr Speaker, Though we agree with most of the provisions of this bill, we consider it is not the government's role to establish a test for parenting qualification. Moreover, we do not see any harm in leaving public nudity restrictions to local authorities. We would therefore like every clause to be voted separately, as we cannot approve the whole resolution.
