| Message | Mr. Speaker, it is more than evident, that my honourable colleague does not know a thing or know just a little about judicial systems or law. The right of the appellation is now exercised by the same courts that ruled the case before. That is not a right of an appellation! That is a simple review. We call for a real right of an appellation, that a different court, a completely different, is going to rule in the case. It won't mean any superiority of national courts over local communities, that is a hoax made up by Alliance Rose and it is not true.
