| Rachel Carson, a recently fired aide to Minister of Internal Affairs Brett Mullen recently came forward with shocking allegations of sexual abuse and harrassment by Minister Mullen. It is alleged that he groped her on several occassions, and threatened to fire her if she said anything. Ms. Carson has declined to pursue charges, making some suspect that she is lying. Minister Mullen's PR team said the following when asked for comment: "These allegations are patently false, and the first of their kind. We believe that Ms. Carson is distressed after being fired (with cause, we might add), and are very sorry to find that we cannot part ways peacefully. Minister Mullen is ready to pursue legal action if she does not cease to spread such damaging falsehoods, and wish her the best of luck in her future career" Many are rallying in the streets, demanding Mullen's resignation, while others are voicing their support for Mullen, such as outspoken Likatonian Football Star Richard Maltzer: "I think it's shameful that people spread rumors about others that are so hateful and damaging."
