Mr.Speaker, As in every democratic parliamentary country Head of state is merely symbolic & represents the nation.The appointment of Judges is a sensitive matter & should be handled by the relevant professional.Department of Justice has been performing this job since years & knows the legalities of the matter.The Department after consulting the experts, advocates, serving & Former judges & putting into value its own wisdom nominates the judges & after approval from the cabinet appoint them.We recommend this bill to the House.
