| Mr. Speaker, We give you our new budget proposal for the years 5192-5195. This budget has a huge increase in expenditure and investment for Luthori in order to tackle the economic decline. We have a package of around 45 billion LPD extra budget spread over three years. We also are going to invest an extra 10 billion LPD outside of our budget coming from the 27 billion LPD surplus (http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=679197) that's on Luthori's accounts. Here is what we will do; * The 10 billion LPD allocated from outside the budget will distributed among the 5 regions, 2 billion LPD each, to invest in their local economy. * We will allocate a 3 billion LPD guarantor loan fund for small businesses who wishes to expand and hire new employees. * This government shall will provide a 1 billion LPD guarantor loan fund for it's citizens to renovate old houses that are not up to standards to the current building code. * Innovation is the key to a prosper future and thus we shall invest an extra 1 billion LPD in Science and Technology projects all over Luthori. * This government shall invest a massive 8 billion LPD per year on new infrastructure, details by The secretary of state for transport, * Foreign Affairs get's an extra 1 billion LPD to invest in foreign missions and our embassies world wide. Increasing Luthorian visibility. * Finance will also get an increase of 1 billion LPD to hire new personnel that will oversee all the projects. Finance is seriously underfunded and need to catch up on many levels. Numbers: Extra investment in budget: 14.7 Billion LPD per year * 3years = 44.1 Billion LPD Investement outside the budget for our Duchies: 3.33 Billion LPD per year * 3 year = 10 Billion LPD This government will invest in total 54.1 Billion LPD.
