| ACKNOWLEDGING that food, shelter, and basic provisions for a health lifestyle are necessary for all individuals regardless of their status and wealth in society; RECOGNISING the State's role to provide reasonable assistance to its citizens, ensuring they have access to basic healthcare, quality nutrition, continued education, and wellbeing; SEEKING to redress structural inequalities in our society and ensure an adequate lifestyle for all people in Tukarali; The Saída Pela Esquerda (SPE) proposes the following changes to our national legislation: [1] CREATES the Auxílio Tukarali, a direct wealth transfer programme for all citizens not supported by others. |

Old value:: All adults not supported by another person shall be guaranteed a very basic subsistence income by the government. However, the provision of this is not to exceed a certian period of time.

Proposed: All adults not supported by another person shall be guaranteed a reasonable, though not high, standard of living by the government.
