Description[?]:
To inact electoral reforms in order to suppot national unity and freedom of the Republic of Cildanian. Equal representation for regions is an ideal way to promote the national moto of unity. Equal representation will equate to equality among regions which will foster a sense of unity in making appropriate decicions. Geographical location of populations is not as important as the regional structures we seek to develop. Increasing the number of seats is a way of ensuring that currently elected senators do not have to relocate in order to continue serving the people of Cildanian. Increasing the number of seats is also an ideal way of recognizing the broader political landscape in Cildanian. |

Message | What are you unsure of? More seats and National Unity.. Thats the jist of it. Perhaps it will encourage the people to move into regions on a more equal basis supporting overall development and not just specific Regional development. |

Message | We need less bureacracy, not more. At current a lot of the goverment work is at local level, so there is utterly no need to increase the size of the Senate/Parliament, I forget what we call it these days. As for equal representation, we need to have equal representation on a per person basis, not on a per region. Your argument that it will encourage movement is simply untrue, development of regions is at a regional council level, not the job of the national government, and is not related at all to electoral representation. So, I'm a No. |

Message | The development of regions in this context are beyond the scope of regional councils. We equal representation per region is for national unity. Be it as it may a geographic national unity but it will escape the favouritism towards larger regions which has been historically present in this government. |

Message | If anything...there should be less seats, to cut down the bureaucracy. |

Message | How does it promote national unity, if anything it would promote regionalism by giving each region as much power as any other |

Message | It promotes national unity by giving the same power to each region. Regionalism results when one region has more power than the others. |

Message | This will give a more accurate representation of regional interests in a national policy. |

Message | Regional boundaries are human constructions, to divide the government equally is not fair or logical. We need to ensure that the political system represents people as fairly as possible, which is on a per-person basis, under the current system. |
