| Recognizing our diversity in Tukarali, education policy must be shared between the national Ministry of Education, the provinces, and localities. We put this bill forward to protect the integrity of our education system while finally allowing the convergence of scientific, mass-informed, and culture-oriented education. This law will establish Provincial Commissions on Education to help aid the Ministry of Education in its role, as well as deciding for itself matters such as specific matters in the curriculum and school management. The Ministry of Education will be more focused, among others, on coordinating the curriculum to accommodate different perspectives and releasing the funding needed by Provincial Commissions on Education and individual public schools. |

We would like to keep the law as it is, and add additional legislation covering tuition for private school. (With a maximum cap not exceeding the cost that it takes the state to enroll a student in a public school). |
