These messages have been posted to debate on this bill:
Date | 10:21:38, June 08, 2006 CET | From | Party for National Unity | To | Debating the The Secular State Reform Act of Pontesian Dynastic Commonwealth for Decency of Governmence and Seperation of Religious influence in Democractic Institutions as an International Example of Freedom |
Message | This is not a restrictive bill... But one simply set to seperate the state from religion. To not overtly encourage religion in our schooling system and foreign policy. This bill is open for debate on particular articles and does not have to be taken as a whole. We wish to open a dialogue hopefully that will result in some seperation of religion and state. |

Message | We welcome the PNU and apprecitate their desires to work for Pontesi, I'm afraid our perspectives on religion are ver different though and so the ONCP will vote against. |

Message | The Bastards are cautious about being overbearing on religion, but prefers pushing it into a corner over it pushing the august parliament into a corner. |

Message | I feel that this bill is not overbearing on religion, I have included some additional proposals to show this. Specifically Article 2 which ensures the Freedom of Religious appointment. The rest are controlls aimed at ensuring religious authority is not abused from encrouching on the rights of individuals to determine how they're dressed to the rights of educating our children in the way we see fit as long as this education is not corrupting of the values of Pontesi people. |

Message | This is an outragous attack on religion. Or at least we assume without reading, meh the PNU sounds like its full of tendy lefties, enough of a reason to vote no. |

Random fact: It usually takes up to an hour for election results to generate. During this time, the "Next Election" date is put forward a month, which is confusing. Do not worry! In a short time, the election result will generate and the "Next Election" date will then correct itself. |
