Below is the cultural protocol which all players in the country must abide. Throughout the document, the real-life equivalent is shown in brackets next to the in-game name. The previous cultural protocol can be found here: http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=690941 This cultural protocol proposal was originally made from a prior cultural protocol made for Kundrati by @_polites (Discord) and credit shall be given to him for this template. --ETHNICITY— Kundrati is formed of one major ethnic group, the Lurrian (Basque) people. The latter are the indigenous inhabitants of Kundrati, which they have inhabited since prehistoric times, and speak a language isolate known as Lurrian or the Kundrati language. Kundrati is also formed of a significant Delic (Slavic) minority. The Delic peoples originate further south on the continent, and arrived in Kundrati around the 4th and 5th centuries CE. While most Delics migrated southwards to the current nation of Deltaria on the continent of Majatra, those that stayed behind gradually became the dominant ethnicity in Kundrati. Most Delics in Kundrati are known as Skitians (Skýtové), based on Czechs. A small Lushan (Sorbian) population exists. For most of its history the Delics were marginalized in Kundrati. Only in the past few centuries, with the emergence of pan-Delic (pan-Slavic) nationalism did they come to the forefront. Owing to the position of Deltaria as the preeminent Delic nation, the Delics of Kundrati adapted the Deltarian orthography and occasionally language for themselves. Kundrati is now a multicultural society as a result with Delics and Lurrians coexisting alongside other minorities. Today, however, the Delics live for the most part in the north of the country around the states of Peghonai and the northern parts of Lirnak and Pilgon. The southern parts of Lirnak and Pilgon, alongside the states of Celania and Jildrath (and the island of Etxea) are filled with Lurrians. The cities are a blend of Lurrians and Delics alongside other minorities like Yeudis and Endralonians. The border regions have a significant minority of Endralonians (for the eastern border with Endralon), the Kirlawans (northwestern border), Dundorfians (western border), and Ikradonians (sotuhwestern border). Kundrati was a center of the Abjuration (Protestant Reformation), and retains a significant Abjurant (Protestant) population. Northern Kundrati, where Delics mostly live, are both Zagorite and Ameliorate with the central region of Kundrati being more Ameliorate and the northern region being more Zagorite. Southern Kundrati is firmly Aurorian Patriarchal especially in the island of Etxea. Due to Deltarian cultural influence the Deltarian language (Serbo-Croatian) is widely understood and occasionally used. Luthorian (English) is sometimes used as a bridge language due to the vast differences between Skitian and Lurrian.
