Details

Submitted by[?]: National Progress Party

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: October 5210

Description[?]:

(This bill was proposed by the Minister of Education and Culture Rosa Prince)
It is inherently immoral to segregate student of different religion in different school. Religious schools are dividing our youth into clans that hate each others. Putting our children in little religious bubble where the ideas of their parents will never be question and where everyone share the same opinion as them can only lead to a disaster. School should be about learning your futur job or learning how to be a functionning adult not about learning how to practice the religion of your parents. Religions should be taught at home or at places of worship and nowhere else.

Let's stop the endoctrination of our youth once and for all. Let's ban religious schools and re-unite our nation.

Provision;
Article 1) Upon the passage of this bill, every religious school, may they be private or public, shall be transformed into normal school.
Article 2.1) Upon the passage of this bill, it shall be illegal to give any form of religious education in any school may they be private or public.
Article 2.2) Schools that have as their primary purpose to teach how to become a minister of religion shall be exempt from article 1 and article 2.1.

Random fact: Real-life organisations should not be referenced in Particracy, unless they are simple and generic (eg. "National Organisation for Women" is allowed).
