| (THis bill was proposed by the Minsiter of Naitonal Affairs Everly Dmitrievna) There is a real danger in letting any ''missionaries'' inside our country without any restriction. Many of these proselytisers might be dangerous agent sent by hostile governements or just criminals. Disguise under the pretext of spreading their own views to hutori, we can't know what the true intention of these missionaries might be. This is why we propose to ban them altogether. Provision: Article 1.1) This bill will make all act of Proselytisation by foreign missonaries illegal within it's border. Article 1.2) The term ''foreign missonaries'' shall be defined as an individual who doesn't permantly reside in Hutori that comes to Hutori for the purpose of proselytising. |
