Dear colleagues,

Today, I solemnly propose to the House of Commons of the Holy Luthorian Empire, to confirm the appointment of a minority cabinet headed by the Imperial Conservative Union, this cabinet will be composed exclusively of ministers coming from the Imperial Conservative Union, but will be supported by the Movement for Luthori and the Rally for Luthori. We are still waiting for the response of the Rural Party to submit this proposal to the vote. Well, now that I have presented the cabinet proposal, I can explain why this cabinet proposal.

Today we live in an impasse and at a point of no return, luthorian democracy is more fragile than ever, with 3 snap elections having passed since the resignation of Sir John Maguire, who was suffering from cancer of the lung, this resignation took place on Friday March 14, 5131, today, we are Tuesday, February 25, 5233, 1 year, 11 months and 9 days have passed, and during this period of time, there had 3 early elections and 2 were caused by political inactivity and lack of negotiations between political parties, to form a stable government.

Today we have two paths that we can take, either take the path of reform, I will explain the consequences of this choice later, or we can continue on this road of political instability that we are taking with the Constitution which becomes more and more obsolete. The consequences of this choice could be disastrous for our country, our beautiful country, the Holy Luthori Empire, we are getting closer and closer to the prospect of a military coup, of a dissolution of our democracy by a seizure of control by the radicals and many other catastrophic scenarios for our country and these are only the political consequences, economically, it would be a disaster for our economy, mass desertions, unemployment which would increase, via the fear of investors and of the market, an increase in radicalism due to the lack of professional prospects.

Now, if we take the path of reform, the beginning will be painful, with endless debates in the Diet, the reform of most of our institutions, but the end of the story will be a little rosier, with institutions millennia being restored to their place and institutions that have a thousand and one times failed to take their place will be sent to the books of history, which our youth will have to learn in order not to repeat our mistakes. You know, colleagues, this is not the first time this situation has unfolded, a century ago when the Brown Cross existed, there was a similar crisis, and the head of the Brown Cross, Edward Straughan became Prime Minister at the end of this crisis, which took place between 5119 and 5125.
