Message | Like our social democratic peers, we too are incline to support a secular line on ecclesiastical matters of importance as this is the best way of preserving civil and religious liberty for all citizens whether they subscribe to a particular belief or none at all. |

Message | We are disappointed that the Staatspartei voted against this. Nothing in this bill fights against secularism but rather for it. It isn't preferring any religion other another and finally ends some of the strict (and non-secular) regulations the government has put on religious people |
Date | 06:13:24, December 31, 2022 CET | From | Dundorf Soziale Volkspartei βοΈ | To | Debating the Gesetz zum Schutz des Glaubens |
Message | Why wouldn't we allow religous figures the right to freedom of speech? Why wouldn't we allow people the freedom to dress according to their religious beliefs? This bill defends religious freedom, something that is vital for a secular state. It seems like some parties confuses the term "secular state" with "atheist state". |
